Job summary

The Garcha Group is actively hiring for a Senior HR Executive to oversee the full cycle of payroll processing in our Singapore operations, ensuring accurate monthly closings and timely submissions.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resource, you will coordinate with all sections to collect overtime and incentive claims, verify attendance, handle salary data, CPF contributions and tax clearance for foreign workers, and support senior management with monthly salary data.

Qualifications

• Experience in full cycle payroll processing on a monthly basis.
• Ability to liaise with multiple sections to gather overtime and incentive claims.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify attendance according to roster.
• Verify overtime, night shift and split shift allowances.
• Enter payroll data into payroll software.
• Prepare payroll summaries for Head of HR.
• Submit CPF contributions and tax clearance for foreign workers.
• Process resignations and salary releases.
• Compile salary data monthly for senior management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The incumbent shall be responsible for the processing of the full cycle of payroll computation on a monthly basis. Timely and accurate processing is required to meet the deadline of the closing.

Senior HR Executive reports directly to the Head of Human Resource and able to work independently. He/She will have to liaise with all Sections/Departments to gather the overtime claims and incentive claim for processing.

• Verify the attendance of employees accordingly to the roster.
• Verify the claim of overtime hours, night shift allowance and split shift allowance
• Carry out data entry into the payroll software systems
• Prepare the payroll summary to be checked by the Head of HR.
• Download the bank file to be submitted to Finance
• CPF Contribution
• Submission of the foreign workers income tax clearance with Inland Revenue of Singapore.
• Process employee resignation (tax clearance and salary release)
• Compile salary data monthly for Senior Management.
• GPML/GPCL/GPPL, all govenrment claims
• Full suite of Infotech experience is an added advantage
• Any other duties/tasks as requested by management
