National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) seeks an experienced HR Reporting and Analytics professional to lead the HR reporting function and contribute to people analytics within Group Human Resources. You will own statutory reporting, manpower reporting for senior leadership, and build dashboards across SAP SuccessFactors and SAC.

The role requires hands-on technical capability in SAP SuccessFactors, SAC, Excel, Python or R, Power Automate, and AI-enabled productivity tools, with strong

Qualificações

• Degree in HR, business analytics, statistics, information systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or HR systems.
• Public healthcare sector experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end HR reporting and analytics including dashboards and governance.
• Coordinate with MOH, HRIS and vendors on reporting templates and logic changes.
• Manage data extraction from SAP SuccessFactors with accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud to support planning.
• Ensure compliance with audit, governance and regulatory submissions.
