Job summary

GovTech Singapore is hiring a People Business Partner to take strategic ownership of a portfolio of business units, working with division leaders to translate business direction into workforce composition, team structure, and talent decisions.

You will lead workforce planning, organisational design, and performance management across your portfolio, while building a robust talent map and succession plans for critical roles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience partnering senior business leaders.
• Proven track record in workforce planning, organisational design, performance management, and talent and succession.
• Strategic mindset with comfort in ambiguity and ability to influence leaders.
• Strong judgement on sensitive people matters and discretion.
• Effective collaboration across the HR ecosystem to deliver integrated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Shape workforce planning and organisational design for your portfolio in collaboration with division leaders.
• Drive the performance management cycle and coach managers to improve quality and consistency.
• Build talent maps and succession plans for critical roles and leadership pipelines.
• Strengthen the manager capability and leadership development across your portfolio.
• Provide judgement and counsel on sensitive employee matters across the lifecycle.
• Partner with division heads as a thinking partner on organisational direction and people moves.
