Job summary

GovTech’s People Organization Division (POD) is seeking a People Business Partner to take strategic ownership of a portfolio of business units, translating business direction into workforce composition, team structure, and talent decisions.

You will lead workforce reviews, drive performance management cycles, map talent, and strengthen leadership capabilities across your portfolio while partnering with division leaders on strategic people moves.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience partnering senior leaders.
• Proven track record in workforce planning, design, performance management, and talent/succession.
