Job summary

GovTech is seeking an HR Business Partner to support PA divisions with full-spectrum HR operations, including recruitment, postings, staff deployment, and exit management. You will work on employee journey and development, and develop HR policies for PA staff.

The role emphasises using technology to enhance HR processes and leveraging data analytics for workforce planning, with a focus on digitalisation and cross-team collaboration within the Singapore Public Service.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations including recruitment, staff deployment and posting, and exit management.
• Experience in employee lifecycle, staff development and professional development.
• Ability to develop and execute HR policies/plans for staff.

Responsibilities

• Business partnering for PA divisions and manage manpower resourcing including recruitment, onboarding, postings and secondment, re-employment, contract renewal and exit management.
• Provide professional advice on interpretation of HR policies and staff matters.
• Champion new ways of working by applying innovative solutions and leveraging technology to optimise HR functions.
• Utilise data and analytics to generate insights for planning and BI.
• Promote teamwork and learning within the HR team.
