Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience, preferably in a complex organisation

• Account Management: understand agency needs and co-create HR solutions
• Policy-Operations Integration: inform HR policies and ensure implementability
• Public Service Governance: act as adviser and secretariat on HR matters
• Stakeholder Engagement: address queries from public and ex-public officers; coordinate responses; participate in policy-operations reviews
