Job summary

SHINRYO CORPORATION in Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to drive policy development, oversee HR operations, and manage payroll and work-pass administration. You will handle onboarding through offboarding, coordinate hiring plans, manage leave/attendance, and prepare regular HR reports.

The role requires 5+ years in HR/administration, strong knowledge of Singapore regulations, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR/Business Administration required.
• 5 years of relevant HR or administrative experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and MOM regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply.
• Assist the HR manager to oversee HR department and manage the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Payroll related matters.
• Work pass administration: applications, renewals, cancellation, issuance, etc.
• Perform daily HR duties from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate hiring plans, resignations, confirmations and HR matters.
• Manage leave and attendance, including entry, entitlements, applications and approvals.
• Administer training including coordination or enrolment and records.
• Ensure timely submissions in government/claims matters (CPF, childcare, etc.).
• Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports.
• Advise employees on HR matters; liaise on labour legislation issues.
• Oversee daily HR department operations.
