Job summary

chris comm pte. ltd. seeks an experienced HR professional to manage comprehensive HR functions supporting growth and compliance in Singapore.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, training, performance management and offboarding while ensuring statutory requirements are met and providing strategic administrative support to management. The role requires strong knowledge of CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations and exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM or Business Administration.
• Experience in full HR spectrum including recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and CPF/IRAS/MOM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment processes to attract and onboard qualified talent efficiently
• Administer payroll and leave management to ensure accurate and timely compensation
• Maintain employee records and company policies
• Coordinate compliance with CPF, IRAS submissions, and government regulations
• Deliver training and performance management initiatives
• Manage offboarding processes for smooth transitions
• Provide budgeting support, reporting, and ad hoc management requests
• Organize multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
