Job summary

You will generate reports, build dashboards, and drive automation initiatives with Power Automate and AI tools to improve service delivery and resource utilisation. The role requires strong communication, data accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with relevant work experience in hostel admissions or admin.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and process hostel applications per university policies and timelines.
• Issue housing offers through UHMS with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor vacancies and occupancy for optimal resource utilisation.
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity in UHMS.
• Assist in stakeholder liaison and responsive student enquiries.
• Generate reports on applications, admissions and occupancy for planning.
• Develop dashboards and reports to inform decisions and improve efficiency.
• Lead or support automation initiatives using Power Automate and AI tools.
