Job summary

The National University of Singapore is seeking a Hostel Coordinator to manage end-to-end hostel applications, allocation exercises and occupancy monitoring. You will ensure timely responses to student inquiries, maintain UHMS data integrity, and generate dashboards to support planning and decision-making.

Candidates should have a diploma with at least three years of experience or a degree with two years, with strong Excel skills and experience in data analytics, MS Forms and Qualtrics.

Responsibilities

• Review, coordinate and process hostel applications for assigned hostels per policies and timelines.
• Process and issue housing offers via UHMS with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor vacancies and occupancy to optimise housing resources.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in UHMS.
• Support additional admin duties as needed by the Section Head.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve requests and operational matters.
• Assist student enquiries related to hostel admissions via phone and email.
• Generate, analyse and maintain reports on applications, admissions and occupancy.
