Job summary

MARINA BAY SANDS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Manager, Design Integration & Operating Supplies Lead to drive OS&E and guest experience initiatives within Hospitality Planning & Development.

You will translate the resort’s design vision and operational requirements into distinctive, durable guest touchpoints across guestrooms, dining venues, wellness facilities, and other critical spaces. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field
• Experience in hospitality operations, design coordination, or procurement is advantageous
• Strong understanding of OS&E/NTFFE and vendor relations
• Ability to translate design concepts into operationally viable solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning, curation, sourcing, and implementation of OS&E and selected NTFFE across the resort.
• Translate design concepts into practical, durable, and operationally effective solutions.
• Source innovative products and suppliers to enhance guest experience and service philosophy beyond catalogue selections.
• Lead workshops, product reviews, sampling, mock-ups, and stakeholder presentations with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Procurement and project teams to manage vendor selection, product approvals, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee documentation, product schedules, approvals, and program tracking for transparency and accountability.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, logistics, and delivery activities through to opening.
• Prepare executive-level updates and recommendations on product direction and commercial implications.
• Support opening and handover by transitioning products and processes to operations teams.
