The Senior Manager, Design Integration & Operating Supplies Lead plays a key role within Hospitality Planning & Development, focusing on the upcoming ultra-luxury integrated resort, translating the resort's design vision, guest experience ambitions, and operational requirements into distinctive, functional, and memorable guest touchpoints. Operating at the intersection of design intent, operational practicality, commercial discipline, and brand storytelling, this role leads the strategy, curation, sourcing, and implementation of Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) and selected specialty FF&E and guest experience touchpoints across guestrooms, dining venues, wellness facilities, and other critical guest and operational environments. The role is expected to challenge conventional products and sourcing approaches by identifying innovative materials, craftsmanship, customization opportunities, and vendor solutions that enhance both the guest experience and operational excellence. Working closely with Project Management teams, including Interior Design, Architecture, and Construction, as well as Operations leaders across Hotel, Food & Beverage, MICE, and Arena, the role drives stakeholder alignment throughout the development process while partnering with Procurement and Brand teams to deliver a cohesive, operationally sound, and elevated resort experience from concept through opening.
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
Ability to translate design vision into operationally effective solutions that enhance guest experience, brand storytelling, and service delivery.
Strong understanding of OS&E/NTFFE, vendor management, procurement, budgeting, value engineering, and lifecycle considerations.
Proven ability to align diverse stakeholder groups, build consensus, and drive decisions across design, operations, procurement, and leadership teams.
Strong programme management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams, timelines, risks, approvals, and implementation activities through to opening.
Confident communicator and presenter, capable of articulating recommendations, influencing decision-makers, and translating complex concepts into clear business outcomes.
