Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore seeks a Design Integration & Guest Experience lead to steer OS&E and NTFFE programs across the resort, translating design concepts into practical, durable solutions that meet brand and guest experience goals.

You will manage vendor selection, workshops, approvals, and project schedules, coordinating with procurement and operations to ensure timely rollout and seamless handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality management, interior design, architecture, or project management.
• Minimum 4 years of hospitality operations, planning, or design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, curation, sourcing, and implementation of OS&E and NTFFE across the resort.
• Translate design concepts into durable, operational solutions.
• Source innovative products, materials, artisans, and suppliers to support the resort's identity and service philosophy.
• Lead internal workshops, product reviews, sampling, and stakeholder presentations.
• Partner with Procurement and project teams on vendor selection, budget alignment, value engineering, and schedules.
• Oversee project documentation, schedules, approvals, and program tracking.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and logistics for mockups and rollout.
• Prepare executive updates communicating product direction and commercial implications.
• Support opening and handover activities with effective transition to operations.
