Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore seeks a seasoned design integration and guest experience leader to drive OS&E/NTFFE sourcing, vendor management, and cross‑functional project delivery for a luxury resort environment.

You will translate design concepts into practical, durable solutions while balancing brand storytelling, guest experience, and operational readiness across multiple workstreams from planning to opening.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality management, interior design, architecture or project management.
• 4 years of relevant experience in hospitality operations, design coordination, or project management.
• Experience with external vendors, consultants, or suppliers preferred.
• Strong understanding of OS&E/NTFFE and lifecycle considerations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, curation, sourcing, and implementation of OS&E and NTFFE across the resort.
• Translate design concepts into practical, durable, and operationally effective solutions.
• Source innovative products, materials, artisans, and suppliers supporting the resort's identity and service philosophy.
• Lead workshops, product reviews, sampling, mock-ups, and stakeholder presentations with balanced recommendations.
• Partner with Procurement and project teams to manage vendor selection, budgets, value engineering, schedules, and implementation.
• Oversee project documentation, product schedules, approvals, and program tracking for transparency and timely execution.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, logistics, and delivery activities for mockups and rollout readiness.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and updates communicating direction, implications, and progress.
• Support opening and handover activities ensuring smooth transition of products to operations.
