Job summary

PeopleSolve is seeking a seasoned Hospital Infrastructure Lead to plan, coordinate and deliver a major healthcare development in Singapore. You will align operational needs with project timelines and work with consultants, contractors, regulators and internal teams.

You will review architectural, electrical and civil designs for safety, compliance and maintainability while managing risks, documentation and stakeholder approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, fire safety, workplace safety and health, and emergency preparedness.
• Experience in healthcare infrastructure or hospital development is highly preferred.
• Fire safety certification and registration as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer are advantageous.
• Strong project management, leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a major hospital infrastructure project.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government agencies and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve project issues.
• Review architectural, engineering and infrastructure designs to ensure regulatory compliance, safety, operational efficiency and practical maintainability.
• Oversee project risks, design reviews, construction progress, documentation and stakeholder approvals.
• Develop safety, compliance, emergency preparedness and operational readiness frameworks to support hospital commissioning and future operations.
• Ensure project processes and documentation comply with organisational policies and relevant regulatory standards.
