Job summary

TOUCH COMMUNITY SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a team of Care Associates delivering Enhanced Home Personal Care (HPC+) services tailored to each client’s needs in Singapore.

You will coach staff, manage rosters, monitor client well-being, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve care outcomes while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Nursing/Social Work/Allied Health or related field.
• Experience in healthcare, eldercare, or community care with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s community care sector and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of Care Associates to deliver HPC+ services.
• Manage staff rosters, allocate tasks and ensure service coverage during leave or absenteeism.
• Monitor client well-being, conduct assessments, and update care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address client needs.
• Coordinate with donors, volunteers and vendors to support home care needs.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and report submissions within deadlines.
