Job summary

Montfort Care in Singapore seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager (HPC & HPC+) to support the Nurse Manager in clinical leadership for Home Personal Care (HPC) and Enhanced HPC. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Post-basic qualification or training in community nursing, gerontology, palliative care or leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight for HPC and HPC+ clients in the community.
• Support care planning, clinical decision-making and escalation per protocols.
• Supervise nursing staff and provide on-ground coaching and mentoring.
