Job summary

Singapore Canoe Federation is seeking a High Performance Manager to oversee the HP system, athlete pathways, and governance aligned with MYSP and SGF requirements. The role collaborates with the Coach Lead and reports to the General Manager, ensuring robust performance support integration and policy development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Sports Management, Sports Science, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in sports management or sports development.
• Experience managing budgets and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiar with domestic and international logistics.
• Prior involvement with a National Sport Association is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• High Performance Planning and Governance: develop and evaluate HP system and athlete pathways.
• Budgeting and Resource Management: develop annual HP budget and manage expenditures.
• Programme Systems and Monitoring: ensure systems and reporting align with MYSP and budgets.
• Sport Science and Medicine Integration: coordinate with sport science and medicine providers.
• Athlete, Coach and Officials Admin: support governance and admin across stakeholders.
• Committees, Reporting, and Compliance: prepare reports and ensure compliance.
