Job summary

Fencing Singapore is seeking an experienced High Performance Manager to translate the National Fencing Programme's high-performance objectives into actionable annual plans and effective day-to-day delivery. You will work with the Deputy Programme Director, national coaches and stakeholders to ensure training, competition, athlete development and governance are well-coordinated.

Responsibilities

• Support Programme Planning by translating strategic objectives into annual plans and activities.
• Coordinate National Team and athlete development across senior, junior and cadet squads.
• Assist with competition planning, entries, travel, logistics and welfare for athletes.
• Maintain athlete tracking and monitoring data to support evidence-based decisions.
• Prepare programme documentation, reports and schedules for management review and decisions.
• Coordinate with HPSI, SSP and partners to ensure smooth programme delivery.
