Job summary

Sport Singapore is seeking an experienced coordinator to manage day-to-day delivery of para/adaptive sport programmes, coordinating coaches, participants, caregivers, and logistics to deliver high‑quality experiences.

You will apply the coach management framework and work with senior management to maintain coaching standards, recruit participants, oversee inventory, and ensure a positive participant experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in sport development, club management, or related field of work.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's sporting ecosystem and disability-related issues.
• Experience in project and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day delivery of para/adaptive sport programmes, reporting to the Senior Manager/ Deputy Director.
• Apply the coach management framework to ensure consistent coaching standards across the programme portfolio.
• Manage a portfolio of para sport programmes, coordinating coaches, participants, caregivers, and logistics for smooth delivery.
• Work with coaches to manage scheduling, attendance, and session logistics.
• Serve as a key contact for participants and caregivers, handling enquiries and feedback.
• Support outreach and recruitment to drive participation in PSA programmes.
• Oversee inventory management for the PSA, including procurement and distribution of equipment.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and access to equipment for coaches and participants.
