Job summary

STATE STREET FUND SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LIMITED is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Hedge Funds Services group. You will interact with executives and professionals, directing staff to meet financial and ops goals, and partnering with clients on business plans.

The role requires 7+ years in accounting with supervisory/ reporting experience, and strong MS Excel skills. You will manage client relationships and drive strategic initiatives within a fast-growing unit.

Qualifications

• University degree in business/finance (accounting concentration a plus).
• At least 7 years of accounting experience, including 2–3 years supervisory and financial reporting experience.
• Experience in Hedge Funds and Fund of Funds is required.
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction to staff to achieve yearly and quarterly financial and operations goals.
• Develop and execute internal business plans with clients.
• Manage relationships with clients at multiple levels to ensure confidence in State Street.
• Ensure quality standards are met and regularly reviewed within department.
• Oversee department budgeting and staffing projections.
• Lead special projects and initiatives across the organization.
