Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior-level executive in Singapore to lead the Hedge Funds Services Business Unit within Alternative Investment Solutions. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and senior executives, with a focus on growth and client satisfaction.

You will oversee budgeting, staffing, and cross-functional initiatives, while guiding subordinate managers and ensuring quality and governance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a university degree in business, mathematics, finance or economics (accounting concentration a plus).
• At least 7 years of accounting experience, including 2–3 years in supervisory/financial reporting roles.
• Hedge Funds experience required; strong MS Excel and Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to staff to meet yearly and quarterly financial and operations goals.
• Develop and execute overall business plans with internal teams and clients.
• Manage client relationships to maintain confidence in State Street.
