Job summary

State Street Corporation, a leading global provider of financial services, seeks an accomplished senior leader for its Hedge Funds Services. You will guide a multi-level team, drive financial and operational goals, and partner with clients to develop strategic plans.

Qualifications

University degree in business, mathematics, finance or economics (accounting concentration a plus).
At least 7 years of accounting experience, including 2–3 years of supervisory and financial reporting experience.
Experience in Hedge Funds and Fund of Funds is required.
Strong MS Excel skills and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

Provide direction to a staff team to achieve yearly and quarterly financial and operations goals.
Develop and execute overall business plans with internal teams and clients.
Manage relationships with clients at appropriate levels to sustain confidence and satisfaction.
Review NAV files consistent with policies and procedures and ensure accuracy.
Oversee department budgeting, staffing projections, and resource allocation.
Lead and train subordinate managers and staff and address concerns.
