Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an Executive, Account Management to oversee a portfolio of corporate healthcare clients in Singapore. You will nurture relationships, resolve issues, and act as the single point of contact to ensure service excellence and renewals.

You will lead client reviews, demonstrate value through quality, compliance, and cost-saving initiatives, and coordinate with internal teams to meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate healthcare industry and/or managing claims or insurance functions preferred.
• 1–2 years client servicing experience in insurance broking or banking is favorable.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review current processes and implement enhancements.
• Ensure internal controls and procedures are followed.
• Oversee performance monitoring and quality control of service delivery.
• Communicate client requirements and SLAs to other managers.
• Oversee annual audits and periodic internal audits for compliance.
• Responsible for the day-to-day running of assigned clients.
