Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Senior Engineer– Energy Transmission to own the end-to-end delivery of wiring solutions across multiple projects. You will combine architecture leadership, supplier ownership and people leadership to ensure performance, safety, cost and schedule targets are met.

You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate wire harness designs, drive design reviews and resolve issues during prototype builds, while promoting safety, innovation and quality in every step.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or Power Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in wire harness design and product wiring.
• Experience with schematic capture and harness design tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end wiring solutions delivery across multiple projects.
• Architectural leadership and supplier ownership for wiring systems.
• Lead design reviews and resolve wiring-related issues during prototypes.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, systems and manufacturing teams for integration.
