Job summary

JJH Group in Singapore seeks a diligent hospitality professional to support daily operations of hotel and serviced apartment. You will assist with guest check-in/check-out, manage reservations, respond to requests, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure smooth front desk service.

This role requires good communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work weekends. Training and career advancement opportunities are provided in a friendly working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, serviced apartment or hospitality operations preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and email/WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the hotel and serviced apartment.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out.
• Manage reservations and booking enquiries.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Conduct room inspections before guest arrivals.
• Ensure cleanliness of all common areas and guest rooms.
• Prepare daily operational reports.
• Follow up on maintenance issues until completion.
• Handle TTLock access and guest self-check-in.
• Ensure SOPs are followed by all staff.
• Assist with tenant renewals, handovers and room viewings.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
