Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Hospitality, F&B, Tourism, or events operations.
• Exceptional customer service and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for client employee inquiries and feedback.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, and aesthetically pleasing workspace.
• Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
• Conduct large group briefings for new ways of working.
• Coordinate facility requests with the JLL FM team and vendors.
• Support space setup for meetings and events.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to align with client goals.
• Oversee and liaise with transportation services as needed.
