Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads at scale.
• Budget management and ROAS/CPA targeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own channels end-to-end including strategy, targeting, testing and reporting.
• Manage budgets across channels to meet spend and revenue targets.
• Develop and execute channel-specific performance marketing strategies to maximise ROAS.
