Job summary

Crypto.com in Singapore is seeking a senior Growth Analytics Engineer to own MarTech tracking, measurement, and data engineering partnerships across GA4, GTM, AppsFlyer, Firebase and downstream ad platforms.

You will build scalable data pipelines, write complex SQL, design attribution models (MMM, MTA), and deliver automated BI dashboards in Tableau/Databricks, driving actionable insights for growth teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years in MarTech tracking, growth analytics, and digital marketing data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own MarTech architecture, tracking, auditing and enrichment across GA4, GTM and data layers.
• Lead app tracking and MMP integration (AppsFlyer, Firebase) and ensure reliable signal routing to ad platforms.
• Drive ad platform tracking optimization and cross‑functional collaboration to unblock bottlenecks.
• Perform comprehensive stack audits, automate QA, and ensure privacy‑centric tracking.
