The role connects growth strategy, performance media, marketing technology and first-party data to acquire, engage and retain high-value audiences, improve conversion and demonstrate measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of growth marketing and related disciplines.
• Experience building or scaling performance marketing capabilities.
• Hands-on fluency with CRM, DMP and CDP concepts and workflows.
• Experience translating marketing needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with analytics, measurement and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC growth marketing strategy across acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention.
• Define integrated, full-funnel plans across paid media, owned channels, CRM, partnerships and product experiences.
• Drive performance through audience strategy, optimization, experimentation and measurement.
• Define marketing technology roadmap and enable CRM, CDP, DMP, analytics integrations.
• Establish scalable operating models and governance for growth programs.
