Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Marketing Tech Leader to own the strategy and delivery of enterprise MarTech orchestration platforms. You will collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Data and country teams to enable personalised customer engagement and improve marketing efficiency.

You will define the product vision and roadmap, lead cross-functional Agile teams, and drive platform integration, analytics, and AI-enabled campaigns to enhance customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in MarTech, campaign orchestration, product ownership, or marketing platform delivery.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional Agile teams and manage complex technology initiatives.
• Sound understanding of customer journeys, data integration, personalisation, analytics, and campaign operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Martech Tools experience and understanding Unica, Tealium, Google Analytics, Cvent etc.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success measures for MarTech orchestration platforms.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Lead Agile teams through solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
• Drive platform integration, user adoption, governance, and ongoing improvement of campaign processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Data, Analytics, business units, and country teams to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Apply data, experimentation, automation, and AI to improve personalisation, customer journeys, and marketing productivity.
• Monitor platform performance, delivery risks, stakeholder outcomes, and business value delivered.
