Job summary

Blockchain.com in Singapore is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile) to own the mobile UA strategy, delivering data-driven execution and aggressive ROAS optimization. You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, ASA and TikTok, work with AppsFlyer, and partner with design teams while using SQL/Looker/Tableau to access data.

The role requires in-office presence in Singapore four days per week, with a Work from Anywhere policy allowing up to 20 remote days annually.

Qualifications

5+ years in performance/growth marketing for mobile apps.
Expert knowledge of AppsFlyer.
Proven ROAS-focused campaign optimization.
Experience managing monthly budgets > USD 300k.
Hands-on with Google, Meta, ASA and TikTok campaigns.
Fluent professional and technical English.
Experience in Crypto, Fintech or Gaming.

Responsibilities

Create, optimize, and scale campaigns across Google, Meta, ASA, TikTok and other channels.
Maximize ROAS and efficient mobile UA targets.
Serve as AppsFlyer expert, ensuring data integrity and accurate attribution.
Brief design/creative teams and validate ad copy and video scripts.
Use AI tools for copy creation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Understand mobile ad fraud and prevention tools.
Self-serve data via SQL/Looker/Tableau to reduce data team dependency.
