Job summary

Singapore Labour Foundation is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee the accounting for one property-owning subsidiary and provide oversight of SLF subsidiaries, while driving digital transformation to improve finance operations and productivity.

You will manage monthly closings, financial reporting, and be involved in audits, governance, and board-facing analyses, with a focus on automation and AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• CPA certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of finance activities for the assigned subsidiaries, including monthly closing, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, cashflow management and timely collection of receivables.
• Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with SFRS, GST, corporate tax, XBRL and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare board papers and financial analyses to support management and Board decision-making.
• Review SLF Group consolidation and support the preparation of Group financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of Board and management reporting.
• Support finance projects and corporate initiatives.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives through automation, digitalisation and continuous process improvement.
• Drive the adoption of AI and emerging technologies, including Agentic AI, to improve finance operations and productivity.
