Job summary

LAKH LATITUDES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced accounting leader to manage a full-set accounting function, ensure monthly closings, and deliver accurate financial reporting in line with statutory requirements.

You will support executive leadership with financial analysis and strategic decision-making across regional subsidiaries. The role involves coordinating audits, budgeting, forecasting, and collaborating with overseas entities to consolidate reports, while driving cost control

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing full-set accounts and preparing management reports.
• Proficient in detailed pricing, costing analysis, and decision support tools for strategic financial decisions.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and legal/tax implications.
• Experienced user of ACCPAC and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Demonstrated accounting and analytical skills with expertise in internal controls.

Job Summary

Lead and manage accounting functions to ensure accurate monthly closings, financial reporting, and compliance with Singapore statutory laws. Support executive leadership with financial analysis and strategic decision-making across regional subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations to maintain accurate financial records and compliance with Singapore statutory requirements


• Process and maintain accounting transactions for monthly closing and prepare management reports and forecasts for the holding company and related entities


• Coordinate year-end audits, budget preparation, and monthly forecast reporting to support financial planning


• Deliver timely, relevant financial and business information to Executive Directors for strategic decision-making and internal control


• Implement cost control measures and manage cash flow to optimize financial performance


• Analyze strategic and business development opportunities to assist management in growth initiatives


• Ensure timely compilation and receipt of monthly financial reports from overseas subsidiaries for consolidated management review


• Collaborate with overseas subsidiaries to consolidate monthly financial reports for management evaluation


• Facilitate effective IT support by coordinating communication between end-users and IT vendors

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance


• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing full-set accounts and preparing management reports


• Proficient in detailed pricing, costing analysis, and decision support tools for strategic financial decisions


• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and understanding of legal and tax implications


• Experienced user of computerized accounting software such as ACCPAC and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP


• Demonstrated accounting and analytical skills with expertise in standard/average cost accounting and internal controls
