Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, manage, and review incentive schemes and programmes to support strategic transformation outcomes in the built environment sector.
• Strengthen grant governance and management to ensure compliance and effectiveness of grants and programmes with data-driven reviews and fraud prevention.
• Develop strategies to strengthen evaluators' and grant administrators' capabilities in project evaluation, fraud detection, and risk management.
• Harmonise grant schemes in BCA to enhance governance and efficiency in administration.
