Job summary

AlphaSense Oy is seeking a Senior Analyst in Revenue Operations to develop enabling tools, streamline processes, and deliver actionable reporting across the revenue organization. You will optimize sales operations, partner with international leaders, and empower data-driven decision making to scale our business globally.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience in international revenue operations, strong analytical skills, and a passion for process improvement in a high-growth B2B SaaS

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in an international revenue organization or sales operations
• Experience driving productivity and process improvements in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence across teams

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the QBR and associated templates
• Analyze revenue data to identify opportunities and drive strategic initiatives
• Develop and maintain SFDC dashboards to support international sales leadership
• Collaborate with BI/Insights teams to ensure accurate measurement and reporting
• Improve sales processes and enable scalable practices across international teams
• Partner with regional leaders to design and implement territory and go-to-market strategies
