The Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense drives productivity and improves efficiency for our account executives, account managers and sales development reps. We create and implement operational reporting & analytics, improve processes, and enable strategic initiatives that impact the revenue organization. At our core, we are a dynamic team of highly driven self-starters who are passionate about operations and thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment.
We are looking for a Manager within the Revenue Operations team to serve as the senior on-the-ground RevOps partner for our Singapore-based Sales organization, developing key enabling tools, streamlining processes and creating actionable reporting across the region. In this role, your responsibilities would include data analysis, reporting, sales process optimization and providing recommendations to regional and global Sales leadership on where to focus and drive impact. As the sole Sales Operations presence in Singapore, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy - building the credibility to influence senior Sales leaders directly, while partnering closely with a Global RevOps leader based in London to balance regional priorities with global consistency. Success in this role requires fluency across three lenses: the strategic (shaping territory, tooling and process decisions that will hold as the region scales), the operational (running the regular cadence of reporting, forecasting support and QBR execution), and the tactical (resolving the day-to-day issues that keep the Sales team moving) - often in the same week.
