The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in client acquisition and relationship management, with strong communication skills and a track record of active networking and account management for high-net-worth individuals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• 3+ years in client acquisition and relationship management in banking.
• Experience in UAE markets and international client segments is a plus.
• Strong networking capabilities with high-net-worth client base.
• Able to manage end-to-end client engagement across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional financial analyses and profiling sessions with clients.
• Provide market information updates and trend analysis on financial products.
• Create monthly plans to achieve sales targets for new business and acquisitions.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for client growth.
• Source and visit prospects to expand client base.
• Deliver quality after-sales service and retain clients.
• Manage anti-attrition and client retention.
• Organize and conduct sales presentations to groups and organizations.
• Solicit referrals from other banks' RM teams.
