Qualifications

• Client acquisition experience.
• Account management experience with high-net-worth individuals.
• Technical knowledge of consumer banking products (Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance)

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling with customers to meet financial needs/objectives.
• Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
• Draw up monthly plans with the PB team manager/branch manager/PTL to achieve/exceed sales targets for new business and customer acquisition.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
• Source and call on individual prospects.
• Provide quality, efficient after-sales services.
• Manage anti‑attrition and retention of clients.
• Organise and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other organisations.
• Solicit referrals from other parts of SCB (e.g., RMs from C&I, staff).
• Comply with money laundering prevention procedures and report suspicious activity.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and controls set by the Bank and external authorities.
