Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to grow Priority Clients through deepening relationships, cross-selling financial products, and driving new business in the local and international markets. You will tailor financial solutions and maintain high service standards.

Ideal candidates have CMFAS, Mandarin proficiency, and at least 5 years in retail banking relationship management, with a proven track record in Greater China markets and client acquisition.

Qualifications

• Understands Wealth Management and Banking concepts.
• CMFAS Exams.
• Experience in Managing Greater China Markets.
• Good understanding and command of Mandarin for supporting Chinese market.
• 5 years of relationship management experience in retail banking.

Responsabilités

• Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers.
• Foster and deepen customer relationships with market updates and trend analysis.
• Plan monthly targets with PB team/branch manager to meet sales goals.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
• Source and call on individual prospects; provide after-sales services.
