Responsibilities

• Lead the review, redesign, and improvement of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Standardize the People operating model to improve consistency, scalability, service delivery and user experience.
• Ensure HR processes are standardized, compliant, audit-ready, and supported by effective controls.
• Establish global process standards, governance frameworks, documentation, and clear process ownership.
• Partner with HR operations to define, monitor, and report on KPIs, service metrics, process performance, and data quality.
• Collaborate with HR Technology, IT, and business teams to optimize the tech roadmap and translate process needs into automation and self-service solutions.
• Use insights and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and inform technology investments.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and capability building to embed operational excellence across HR.

Role Summary

In your role as Senior OD Partner – HR Operational & Process Excellence, you will drive continuous improvement, standardization, simplification, and governance of global HR processes. You will identify opportunities to remove complexity, increase automation, improve service delivery, and enable future AI-enabled HR capabilities to improve operational performance, data quality, compliance, and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the review, redesign, and improvement of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

• Ensure HR processes are standardized, locally appropriate, compliant, audit-ready, and supported by effective controls.
• Establish global process standards, governance frameworks, documentation, and clear process ownership.
• Partner with HR operations teams to define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs, service metrics, process performance, and data quality.
• Partner with HR Technology, IT, and business teams to optimize the technology roadmap and translate process needs into effective system, workflow, automation, and self-service solutions.
• Use insights and analytics to identify improvement opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and inform technology investment decisions.

• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and capability building to embed operational excellence across HR.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Human resources.

• Experience with enterprise HR systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Transformation, or Process Excellence roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale HR process improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to HR technology transformation and AI-enabled process automation
• Prior Experience with Workday.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Structured problem-solving capability.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, written communication, and presentation skills.
