Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Senior OD Partner to lead HR operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. You will drive end-to-end process improvement, governance, and standardization, enabling AI-enabled capabilities and data-driven decisions.

You will partner with HR operations, technology, IT and business teams to design, implement, and measure improvements, ensuring scalable, compliant processes and strong stakeholder engagement worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Human resources.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, redesign, and improvement of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Simplify and standardize the People operating model to improve consistency, scalability, service delivery, and user experience.
• Ensure HR processes are standardized, locally appropriate, compliant, audit-ready, and supported by effective controls.
• Establish global process standards, governance frameworks, documentation, and clear process ownership.
• Partner with HR operations teams to define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs, service metrics, process performance, and data quality.
• Partner with HR Technology, IT, and business teams to optimize the technology roadmap and translate process needs into effective system, workflow, automation, and self-service solutions.
• Use insights and analytics to identify improvement opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and inform technology investment decisions.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and capability building to embed operational excellence across HR.
