Job summary

Dyson seeks a Senior OD Partner – HR Operational & Process Excellence in Singapore to drive standardization, automation, and governance of global HR processes. You will identify opportunities to reduce complexity, increase efficiency, and enable AI-enabled capabilities to enhance compliance, data quality, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder with significant HR domain knowledge.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR operations.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems and HR technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review and redesign of end-to-end HR processes across the lifecycle.
• Standardize the People operating model for consistency and scalability.
• Ensure processes are compliant, audit-ready, and well controlled.
• Define governance, ownership, and documentation for global processes.
• Collaborate with HR ops, IT, and business teams on KPIs and data quality.
