Standard Chartered Singapore seeks a Senior Business Acquisition Manager for International Clients to source New to Bank clients, manage relationships, and drive cross-border growth across Greater China markets with Mandarin support. You will engage Relationship Managers and market heads, conduct financial analyses, and coordinate onboarding with various teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of client acquisition experience, a Diploma, and a track record in cross-border financial services for

Qualifications

2+ years of Client Acquisition Experience.
Diploma holder.
Experience with Greater China markets and Mandarin language preferred.
Account Management experience for High Net Worth individuals is a plus.

Responsibilities

Source and acquire New to Bank clients.
Demonstrate strong prospecting and networking skills.
Identify business development opportunities and grow market share.
Conduct professional financial analyses and profiling sessions with customers.
Foster and deepen customer relationships with market updates and trend analyses.
Draw up monthly plans with PB/branch/PTL to meet sales targets.
Participate in marketing and promotional activities for client acquisition.
Source and call on affluent prospects in coverage segments.
Provide high-quality after-sales services and retention.
Coordinate onboarding and servicing with cross-department teams.
Adapt to changing business priorities.
