Job summary

KOPI RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced GIS Specialist / GIS-Focused Solution Architect to provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for enterprise geospatial platforms and systems.

You will design, implement and modernise GIS infrastructure across AWS/Azure, manage data governance, security reviews, and collaborate with government-related stakeholders to ensure reliability and scalable GIS services.

Qualifications

• Required: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Geomatics, GIS, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical lead or GIS-focused roles with architecture/operational experience.
• Hands-on delivery of enterprise GIS projects across lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for enterprise geospatial platforms.
• Plan and execute GIS platform upgrades, cloud migrations, and infrastructure modernisation.
• Design cloud-native/hybrid GIS architectures on AWS, Azure, GCC or equivalent.
• Manage geospatial data architectures, metadata, governance, and lifecycle management.
