Job summary

NEUTRON PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned GIS Solution Architect to provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for enterprise geospatial platforms.

You will shape architecture design, cloud migration, system modernization, security, and integration across the GIS ecosystem in a Singapore-based setting. You will drive platform upgrades, ensure high availability, and align with government security standards, while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Geomatics, GIS, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in technical lead, GIS solution architecture, or equivalent.
• Hands-on delivery of enterprise GIS projects across full lifecycle (requirements, architecture, implementation, migration, operations).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise GIS platforms (Esri ArcGIS Enterprise).
• Experience with production-critical GIS platforms — availability, security, monitoring, disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight across enterprise geospatial platforms.
• Drive architecture design, cloud migration, upgrades, and modernization.
• Plan platform upgrades, cloud migrations, disaster recovery, and security initiatives.
• Evaluate technology solutions aligned with government directions (cloud adoption, cybersecurity).
• Design and support cloud-native and hybrid GIS architectures (AWS, Azure).
• Design integration patterns (REST, web services, SFTP, IAM, SSO).
• Manage geospatial data architectures (geodatabases, metadata, governance).
• Conduct assessments, sizing, root-cause analyses, and troubleshooting.
