Job summary

Total eBiz Solutions in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technical Lead / GIS Solution Architect to design, implement, and modernise geospatial systems.

The role requires at least 5 years in GIS-related leadership, deep knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise components, cloud and on-premise infrastructure, and strong stakeholder communication skills. You will deliver enterprise GIS projects through the full lifecycle and ensure high availability, security and performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a technical lead / GIS architect role
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Geomatics, GIS, Engineering or related disciplines
• Experience supporting production-critical GIS platforms with high availability, security, monitoring and DR
• Experience delivering enterprise GIS projects through full lifecycle (requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, migration, deployment, operations)
• Strong knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise components (Portal, Server, Data Store, Web Adaptor, Experience Builder, Dashboards, Online)
• Understanding of government security, compliance, governance, risk assessments and operational readiness
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Design geospatial systems architectures and modernisation plans
• Lead implementation, testing, migration and deployment of GIS solutions
• Coordinate operations support for enterprise GIS platforms and ensure high availability
• Engage with vendors, management and stakeholders to communicate progress and risks
• Guide integration, security, and data governance across GIS environments
