Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support across Illumina ILS services and workflows.
• Own cases through resolution with clear documentation and timely updates.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
• Contribute to onboarding, service-readiness, and customer reviews.
• Perform root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
