Job summary

ESR Group is seeking a Senior Analyst in the Fund Management & Capital team to support and manage all fundraising stages, from initial marketing to final documentation, ensuring timely investor relations and transparent reporting for investors.

Reporting to the Senior Director Fund Management & Capital, you will prepare DDQ documents, develop investor presentations, and draft key fund documents while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business / Management / Economics.
• Experience in fundraising from marketing to final documentation is preferred.
• Real estate involvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver responses to investor RFPs / RFIs to support fundraises.
• Prepare standard DDQ documents for fundraises.
• Develop accurate and strategic investor presentations with external stakeholders.
• Draft fund documentation including term sheets, LPA, subscription agreements.
• Organize real estate tours and attend conferences and events.
• Represent IR in commercial meetings and investor communications.
• Respond to investor queries promptly and clearly.
• Prepare marketing collaterals such as presentations and factsheets.
• Maintain investor and fundraising data in ESR’s CRM system.
• Coordinate internal approvals (e.g., Investment Committee memos).
• Collaborate with corporate communications and compliance for accurate investor information.
