Job summary

ESR DC Managers Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an Associate/Senior Associate with at least 4 years in data centre or real estate investments. You will independently evaluate opportunities, build robust financial models, and prepare investment papers for ESR's MD Investments and senior management.

You will coordinate due diligence, conduct market research, and deliver ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years’ experience in data centres investment, real estate investment, or similar role.
Strong financial modelling and analysis skills.
Experience drafting investment memos and presentations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Independently assess data centre investment opportunities across geographies.
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models including IRR, equity multiple, and cash-on-cash.
